Payments:

  • We accept major Credit Cards and PayPal.
  • All payments are secured and trusted;

Shipping:

  • All of our products are shipped directly from Ukraine to almost all countries around the globe. 
  • You are eligible for a FREE standard shipping on all orders, which you can chose during a checkout. 
  • It takes around 7 - 14 business days in most cases for you to receive your order from the moment you placed it via the FREE standard shipping option if you're from the U.S., Canada, UK, or Europe. The shipping could take longer if you're from other countries and/or continents.
  • Once you placed an order, please give us 1-3 business days to ship it.
  • All of our orders are shipped via the Ukrainian Postal Service.
  • Please keep in mind that due to the ongoing Russian invasion of Ukraine there could be some disruption to deliveries as postal companies first deliver your order to Poland via ground transportation before shipping it in a normal way.
  • If your wait time is above the time period discussed above - please fill the form by below so that we could help you sort this issue in a timely manner.
  • Once the order is shipped - you'll receive a tracking number via an email along with the instructions on how to track the order. 

Refund Policy:

  • We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • To start a return, you can contact us at sales@volginabrand.com, attach a receipt or proof of purchase, and reason for the return. 
  • If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

  • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

  • Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges

  • The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted and processed, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
